Position Available

The Division of General Pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital seeks a general pediatrician with prior leadership experience to serve as Associate Chief for Outpatient Medicine. This position requires leadership of a diverse group of ambulatory programs including Primary Care, the Child Protection Program, and the Pediatric Environmental Health Center. There is a robust medical education component that includes medical students, pediatric residents, and General Academic Pediatrics fellows. The position requires an innovative spirit with strong clinical, communication, team-building, and program leadership skills. An academic portfolio with research, program evaluation and/or quality improvement scholarship is strongly preferred.

Salary and benefits are competitive.

Boston Children’s Hospital is a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School and the pediatric staff will obtain an academic appointment at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor.
