- Deliver high-quality patient care in both office and hospital settings.Clinic: Perform routine exams, manage prenatal and postnatal care, and conduct obstetric and gynecological procedures.Hospital: Perform deliveries, surgeries and managing obstetric emergenciesCollaborate closely with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) in a heavily co-managed care model.Engage in innovative practices to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.Mentor and support junior staff and residents.Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
