  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Medical Director to lead our clinical team and oversee the Palliative Care Program and Hospice services.
  • The ideal candidate should be board-certified in Palliative and Hospice Care, provide overall leadership and direction to execute administrative services that are effective, compliant, and safe in adherence to the goals and standards of the Palliative Care Program and Hospice services.
  • Collaborate with members of Doylestown Hospital's medical staff to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Support patients and families in understanding the purpose of Palliative Care, and assist in the efficient transition of patients onto Hospice Service.
  • Candidate must be able to foster effective communication skills both written, and verbal to engage patients, families, and medical staff in cultivating a supportive environment that enhances the procedures and protocols for the safe and effective administration of clinical services.
  • Candidate must be willing to provide care consistent with the patients and families’ needs by honoring the standards of the program.
