Academic Internal Medicine Physician - St. Paul Clinic
HealthPartners is looking for an Internal Medicine physician to join our Primary Care team at HealthPartners St. Paul Clinic. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.
As an Internal Medicine physician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. This position includes regularly teaching residents in a clinic setting. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Internal Medicine. This is an out-patient position where you will have the ability to perform a range of in-clinic procedures.
The ideal candidate will have post graduate clinical practice and teaching experience, though residency faculty experience is not required. In addition to a commitment to excellence in resident education and in patient care, the traits of curiosity, humility, flexibility, and ability to work in a group are highly desired. Training will be offered to new faculty.

PAY RANGE:
$253,211.00 minimum - $378,779.00 maximum based on a 1.0 FTE
PAY RANGE STATEMENT:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.
