We are seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our esteemed team and play a key role in delivering high-quality care.

Practice Details:
• Join a well-established, collaborative team of hematology/oncology physicians, APPs, and radiation oncologists in a thriving community hospital
• Primarily outpatient practice with a mix of 70% oncology and 30% hematology cases
• Enjoy a strong work-life balance with a flexible schedule, including a 4-day workweek and rare on-call requirements
• Access to an infusion center and Tempus AI for advanced diagnostics and personalized care
• Work with advanced technologies including CT scanner, da Vinci robot and in-house pathology

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive compensation with a base salary of $650K, plus a productivity model with significant earning potential well above the 75th percentile
• Sign on up to $100K
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance
