Summary:

• Monday Friday schedule no evenings or weekends
• General interventional pain management practice (100% outpatient) clinic days + procedure days
• Clinic days = 15-16 patients per day
• Ability to perform procedures in an ambulatory surgery center
• Strong internal referral system from 80+ PCP s and 32+ clinical sites
• Opportunity to teach medical students and residents
• Will consider current or future fellowship graduates
