The Department of Surgery at Stamford Hospital is seeking an additional colorectal surgeon to join an established team of two (2). This position reports to the Chair of Surgery. There may be potential for a clinical appointment with Columbia University Medical Center, predicated on resident and medical student teaching, and our affiliation with Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
We require fellowship training and experience in robotics and inflammatory bowel diseases. Offices are located in our Stamford Health Medical Group Medical Office Building attached to our main hospital. Our secondary locations are Norwalk, Greenwich and Wilton. There may an opportunity for a Directorship role if candidate has experience building a program. Stamford is located in southwestern CT, alongside the Long Island Sound. We are an our from NYC and LaGuardia Airport. Westchester Airport is 30 minutes from Stamford with 5 major carriers and flights to the Midwest and southeast.
We offer a market competitive compensation package including a base salary and wRVU incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
