Our Psychiatry team is seasoned and diverse to include physicians and advanced nurse practitioners trained in Adult and Child Adolescent Psychiatry. Your patients will have full access to internal individual and group psychotherapies and integrated specialty care.

Position Highlights
- Flexible Schedules: Create your ideal work life balance with options to practice hybrid remote or a 4-day work week option all with and built-in administrative time
- Innovative care : Collaborative Care model embedded in primary care, individual therapy, groups include Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology, as well as trauma-informed therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy and EDMR
- Balance: 100% outpatient, flexible schedule, no weekends, 60-minute intakes, 30-45-minute follow-ups, Epic EMR, multidisciplinary practice with primary care and specialty consultations and collaboration
- Psychiatric medication management for average 12-16 patients per day
- Quarterly on-call, no travel required, no inpatient coverage: evening and weekend phone call only, 1 week a quarter with Behavioral health crisis triage support

Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted License to practice in Washington State
- Unrestricted DEA by start date
- BE/BC in Adult Psychiatry
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $300,000 to $372,297 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
