About the clinician's workday

This position involves a week-day clinic schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with weeknight call from Monday to Thursday, 5pm to 8am. The schedule follows a 3-week on-site rotation, followed by one week of TeleMed. The clinic sees approximately 15 visits per day. Inpatient rounding occurs for one week per month, with rotating weekly call for Midland consultation rounding. Providers rotate in the clinic, and no surgeries or procedures are required. Clinical support is provided by APPs.
