About the clinician's workday

This opportunity offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with weekend call from Friday at 5 PM to Monday at 8 AM for one week each month. The facility uses Cerner EMR, and the on-call volume averages 2-3 cases per day, with 96% of patients being adults and 4% a mix of pediatric and adolescent cases. The team includes five orthopedic surgeons and a full hospital surgical support staff. Required procedures include general orthopedics, fracture care, and infection care. Candidates must be Board Certified, with an active Iowa license preferred, though IMLC LOQ will be considered.
