Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a Hematology/Oncology provider to join an established practice to continue to bring world-class healthcare to Minnesota.

Practice Details:
•  Current Oncologist is seeing as many patients as she prefers - You will have the same autonomy from Day 1
•  4-Day, 32-Hour work week with additional flexibility offered
•  Ability to do mostly Oncology or a solid traditional mix of both Hematology and Oncology
•  Clinic is hospital based adjacent to Radiology, Rad Onc and the ED with 14 Chemo/Infusion Bays with plans for continued expansion

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Salary guarantee of $700,000 plus RVU production with $200,000 Sign-On
•  Comprehensive benefits include 6 weeks' vacation, full family medical coverage and matching retirement plan of 11%
