Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a 7th hospitalist to join their collegial and collaborative group.

Practice Details:
•  Established team of 6 hospitalists looking to add another due to a recent retirement
•  7-on/7-off schedule with two physicians on per shift
•  22-24 weeks per year is considered full-time - always able to pick up additional shifts, if interested
•  Around 13-16 patients evaluated per shift
•  Recently named a Top 20 Community Hospital in the nation by the NRHA
•  Nearly 50 providers have been added over the last 7 years for consistent and sustainable growth

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Employed position with a salary paid on per shift basis - over $335K for 169 shifts/year
•  Comprehensive benefits include $50K sign-on package, full family medical coverage, matching retirement plan of 11% and more
