The Opportunity:
•  Outpatient practice with dedicated APPs, excellent administrative support, and modern facilities and equipment.
•  Collaborative, collegial multispecialty group allows for easy consultations and high-quality patient care.
•  Excellent work/life balance with moderate 1:3 call (no hospital call), a 4 ½ day work week and 7+ weeks off year 1.

Compensation Details:
•  Guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus RVU production bonus with expected earnings to $320K+.
•  Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant bonus and total compensation MGMA 75th percentile or higher.
