Williams Integracare, a fully-integrated, independent, private practice with a 40-years-strong reputation serving the St. Cloud, Minnesota (MN) region seeks a Family Medicine Physician (FM) to join their team of doctors and nurse practitioners from three distinct specialties: Family Practice/Primary Care, Chiropractic and Physical Therapy.

The practice is experiencing a strong growth trajectory with infrastructure in place for a new moderate-complexity laboratory that will allow the clinic to process 90% of it's bloodwork in-house, and a third clinic location slated to open this year!

Position Details:
- Autonomy to build your practice the way you envision.
- Outpatient-only and reasonable daily patient volumes (~20 patients/day).
- 4-day work week!
- 1:13 informal call is by phone, negligible, and consists of being available to direct patients to after-hours care.
