New London Hospital (NLH) is seeking a collaborative and dynamic leader who can promote partnerships and communication across the medical staff, nursing staff, and all professionals within the organization and health system. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering the highest quality care and holding providers accountable to the policies and procedures that support this goal. A track record of accomplishing big goals and establishing critical trust within provider teams is vital.

About New London Hospital:

Founded in 1918, New London Hospital is a nonprofit, 25-bed critical access hospital serving 15 communities in the Mt. Kearsarge/Lake Sunapee region of central New Hampshire. NLH provides primary care, emergency, and specialized clinical services in a patient- and family-centered environment. As a strategic partner and member of the Dartmouth Health system, NLH is able to bring health care experts into the community both in New London and at our Newport Health Center so residents receive academic-level care close to home.

New Hampshire’s Lake Sunapee Region is considered the ideal New England destination for travelers and locals. With a mix of shops, services, restaurants and entertainment, the area offers a wide variety of activities during all four seasons. The communities come alive with festivals, farmers markets, concerts, and fairs, and nearby lakes and mountains serve as playgrounds for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.
