Award-winning critical access hospital located just 30 minutes from Madison, WI is seeking a Internal Medicine physician passionate about patient relationships and quality outcomes to join its dynamic team. Practice Details
•  Step into a thriving outpatient Internal Medicine practice with an established patient base, as you take over from a retiring physician
•  Outpatient only practice; clinic (phone-call only) call 3 days per month
•  Average of 15 clinic patients per day
•  Build your practice as it suits you with 30-32 patient contact hours per week and relaxed WRVU requirements allowing you form relationships with your colleagues and patients.

Compensation Details
•  $285K in total annual compensation +$150K Sign-on bonus + WRVU bonus and eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program
