Work Dates Needed: ASAP with 1 week credentials - 3 months
Preferred Schedule: M-F 7am to 9pm * Sat & Sun 10am to 9pm - 40 hours weekly 12 hour shifts. Email for available dates
Worksite Setting: outpatient stand alone, privately owned, 6 FTE providers, 1 Medical Director, 6 PRN providers - never work alone.
Scope of Work: provider will see 20+ patients in 12 hour shift. must have previous experience in UC and must see all ages
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, at least 2 years experience in UC
EMR: Athena & Dragon
Pay Rate Preferred: $150/hour plus we bill expenses
