BC Family Med or Internal Med Physician with Occupational Med Experience

Work Dates Needed: 2/2/2024-3/24/2025
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-430p (30). No weekends or holidays
Scope of Work: ages 2+, but mostly adult visits, in person acute care/Occ/UC visits, 2 patients per hour, paper documentation. MA support staff
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC Occ Med, but will take IM/FM with Occ Med experience, IL license, IL CSR, BLS and DEA
EMR: EPIC - Locum provider will use paper documentation
