Work Dates Needed: Starting January 6th or 13th for 2 months with option to extend or perm placement
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 730a-430p, closed for lunch 1230p-130p. No weekends or holidays
Scope of Work: ages 2+, but mostly adult visits, in person acute care/primary care visits, 3-6 patients per day, paper documentation. MA support staff
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC FM or IM (if IM, must be able to see ages 2+), CA license, BLS and DEA
EMR: EPIC - Locum provider will use paper documentation
Travel: If you're not local and travel arrangements are needed, all your expenses are covered for you.
