About the clinician's workday

We are seeking coverage for 40 hours per week or at least two part-time providers working 19 hours each. Onsite coverage is preferred due to reimbursement requirements; however, a hybrid model may be considered if necessary. There is no on-call requirement for this position. Providers will use eClinicalWorks (eCW) as the EMR system. This outpatient setting primarily operates by appointment, though walk-ins are accommodated as needed. The cancellation rate ranges from 25-30%, and while no-shows are typically not filled with walk-ins, efforts are made to use those slots for patients seeking earlier appointments. Initial evaluations are scheduled for 45-60 minutes, while medication checks and follow-ups are set for 15-30 minutes. We welcome both Board Certified and Board Eligible psychiatrists to apply for this opportunity.
