The schedule consists of 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities every night and weekend from home. The EMR system used is Evident. Case types include 50% general surgeries (including eyes and urology), 25% orthopedics, 10% OB/GYN, and 15% other surgeries, with no head or heart cases performed. The practice operates under a medical supervision model, offering CRNAs significant flexibility and autonomy.
