This role will provide patient care in an outpatient setting and see patients for among other conditions venous and lymphatic disease and arterial/diabetic patients. - Has excellent clinical skills.
- Is dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care and access to the patients in the Prescott area.
- Is a member of good standing of the medical staff of the hospital.
- Is duty licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona.
- Is board certified or board eligible in their specialty.
- Demonstrates a work history of positive collegial relations with colleagues, support staff, hospital-based providers, administrators and patients.
- Demonstrates advanced competency in their specialty.

Responsibilities
Position details:
- Patient population - 65+Monday-Friday Clinic 8 hours per dayOffice patients: 20 patients daily follow up and new patients.20-30 vein procedures per weekOutpatient clinic with one full time NP, one day per week physician (remote readings), 3 vascular ultrasound techs, 3 RN’s, 3 MA’s and 3 front office/ authorization clerks.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Completion of a residency in medicine in general surgery, vascular surgery, interventional cardiology in ACGME approved programsCurrent BC/BE in Vascular Medicine, General Surgery or PhlebologyRPVI RegisteredWound Care experience/knowledge helpfulValid state medical license as MD or DOValid DEA certificateExperience preferred
Pay Range
$131.23 - $156.25 /hour
