- Willing to wait for license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- BLS required and SBRT cases are seen on Tuesday and Thursday
- 20 - 25 patients on treatment per day, 3 - 5 follow-ups per week per locum
- Need to see consults, OTV, simulations, and follow-ups
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
