At Rochester Regional Health, there is a commitment to partnering with women to provide personalized, comprehensive OBGYN care throughout all stages of life. From annual OBGYN exams to maternity and childbirth care to specialized gynecologic treatments and more. The staff is there to take care of the patients. Whether they have come for preventive care, pre-pregnancy counseling, relief from urinary incontinence, or one of the offered comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services, the top priority is working as the patient s partner to maintain a lifetime of good health and well-being.

• Work with an experienced OB/GYN Group of physicians and midwives
• Ambulatory and In-patient APP Support
• 1300 deliveries per year at Unity Hospital
• Robotics with great opportunities to build surgical cases.

• 4 days a week, 1 in 10 on call shifts

Board Eligibility/Certification Requirement: In accordance with our hospital bylaws, all employed physicians must achieve Board Eligibility or Board Certification from a recognized U.S. specialty board within five years of completing an ACGME-accredited residency program.

Pay Transparency

In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include: productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
