About the clinician's workday

The clinician will be cross-credentialed to work across all sites, with the primary needs at lower-volume locations. There are four sites in Texas needing ED physician coverage. Site #1 has an annual volume of 10,400 and requires BC/BE in EM or FM, with shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no APP coverage. Site #2 has an annual volume of 22,000, requires BC/BE in EM or FM, and has shifts from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., with APP coverage available 24/7. Site #3 has an annual volume of 54,500, requires BC/BE in EM or FM, and offers 10-hour shifts with 50 MD hours and 40 APP hours. Site #4, an FSED, has an annual volume of 13,500, requires BC/BE in EM or FM, with shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with APP coverage from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturdays through Mondays.
