Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing, minimum of 6 shifts per month
Preferred Schedule: 7a-5p, 9p-7a, 1p-11p
Worksite Setting: Hospital, 43,000 annual volume
Scope of Work: Emergency medicine
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active LA Medical License, CDS, DEA (with LA address), Board Eligible/Certified in EM/IM/FP/, ACLS, ATLS, PALS through AHA if not BC in EM or EM Trained, Residency Trained, CME past 2 years, TB Results, Flu Vaccine
EMR: Epic
