- Request: 1 Primary Care Physician who can do suturing and splinting (specialty Family Med, internal Med, Emergency Med)
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 2-3 months (after 2-3 week credentialing period)
- Schedule: Prefer Mon-Fri (8a-4:30p); will consider Mon-Thurs (10-hr) or Tue-Fri (10-hr)
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TN lic, Board Cert or Board Elig, DEA, BLS, CPR, clean background required
- Work Setting: Corrections Facility – adult males
- Scope of Work: Chronic and acute care; may need to suture and splint
- EMR: Proprietary
