Responsibilities
Job Summary:Provide medical services and contribute to the design and delivery of high quality, cost effective, values- based patient care for our patientsEssential Functions:ASSESSMENTObtain a comprehensive general health history.Provides OB/GYN medical services within the scope of licensure, credentialing and current standard of care that may impact health care and health outcomes.Screen for health risks and health promotion needs.Perform a comprehensive physical examination.Obtain a problem-focused health history.Perform a problem-focused physical examination.Identify deviations from normal findings in history and physical examination.Order or perform screening and diagnostic tests based on findings from history and physical examination.DIAGNOSISInterpret screening and diagnostic tests.Develop and analyze differential diagnoses on the basis of clinical and laboratory data.Diagnose gynecologic, obstetric, female/male reproductive and sexual health, and common non-gynecologic primary care health conditions.MANAGEMENTDevelop plan of care based on assessment findings and diagnoses.Provide health promotion/ disease prevention education/counseling, and anticipatory guidance.<span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #00000
