Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, has an immediate need for a BE/BC Orthopedic Oncology Surgeon to join our team. Fellowship in Orthopedic Oncology is required. Our regional draw is a 60-100 mile radius and the need for orthopedic oncologic care is immense. We participate with the General Surgery Tumor board and team of Medical Oncologists. Operative time is a premium and we will provide block time for operative care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about a teaching position in a collegial, faith-based environment.

We are a very busy practice with over 16 Orthopaedic surgeons, 4 Physician Assistants on staff and a total of 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents in training. A resident is assigned to the oncology rotation. Most of the surgical care will be performed at the medical center and lesser cases at another facility, East Campus approximately a mile away.

Benefits & Compensation

Expected Total Annual Compensation: $405,000 - $495,000

The compensation range listed above includes variable compensation and is based on a 1.0 FTE work schedule/effort, as outlined in the individual department compensation plan. The compensation range for starting base compensation only, which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience and/or faculty rank, is expected to be $365,000 - $446,000. More information on compensation is discussed with the department during the recruitment process.
