Join the Yale-Waterbury Internal Medicine Residency Program and be part of our dynamic and innovative team. We are seeking an experienced Program Director who is passionate about ambulatory resident education. This opportunity provides a unique opportunity to shape the future of internal medicine physicians while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Responsible for the management and coordination of the Primary Care Residency Program, in conjunction with the Program Director and/or other Medical Chiefs. Duties include creating schedules; oversight of the program activities; curriculum development; evaluating Residents; advising; and other similar duties pertaining to the Residency Program.

Qualifications:

  • Participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited internal medicine
  • residency program
  • Minimum of 3 years of Graduate Medical Education (GME) administrative
  • experience prior to appointment
  • Current ABIM certification, current medical licensure, and appropriate medical
  • staff appointment
