The Practice:

  • 100% physician-owned, led, and staffed group in Southern California
  • No CRNA's, all physician-provided services
  • Organization has 10 full-service hospitals including cardiac, transplants, orthopedics, plastics, general surgery, OB, and regional anesthesia
  • Group owns 15 free-standing surgery centers, as well as office-based anesthesia
  • Call responsibility is shared equally with senior partners
  • Shareholder track, usually two years
  • Physicians have opportunities to participate in governance by serving on committees
  • Physicians are paid on a productivity-based compensation system at the same rate as senior partners, following a three-month salary period
