  • Group is looking for another PM&R/Interventional physician due to growing volume of cases
  • Sought-after location just north of the Loop
  • Surgery center with extensive procedural suites
  • Busy procedural practice – spine injections and advanced procedures
  • Peripheral joint injections
  • NO Chronic pain management
  • Top support from well-trained, sub-specialized APP’s
  • Immediate referrals – unlimited production volumes
