John R. Oishei Children s Hospital, located in Buffalo, NY, is currently searching for a BE/BC Pediatric Otolaryngologist.
The Department of Pediatric Otolaryngology at Oishei Children's Hospital, part of Kaleida Health, offers family-centered, pediatric ear, nose and throat services, with specialization in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck from newborns to those 21 years of age. Our hospital is proud to be the Perinatal Transfer Center, and we have 12 floors of care for pediatric patients in the Buffalo area. We seek a Fellowship Trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist for our team to care for our patients. We can assist with your career interests and goals. Let's set up a time to discuss.

- Cochlear implants and bone anchored hearing aids

- Full range laser surgery

- Foreign bodies of the upper aerodigestive tract

- Salary: $425,000-$500,000*

*Base pay rate is not inclusive of productivity and quality incentives that service line specific positions may qualify for in their department. Signing, retention and relocation bonuses may also be available and would also be in addition to base salary compensation. The pay range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant at the time of posting. When determining pay, several factors will be considered, including but not limited to location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, professional credentials, internal equity, and budget.

Qualified Candidates:
- Fellowship Trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist at ACGME Accredited Program
- BE/BC in Pediatric Otolaryngology
- Physician MD/DO licensed in New York or eligible for medical licensure in New York
- 12 stories high, with a helipad on the top of the building
- 185 Inpatient Beds
- 64 NICU Beds (largest NICU in WNY)
- 15 Labor & Delivery Beds
- 20 PICU Beds
- 24 Mother-Baby Unit Beds
- 11 Hematology/Oncology Beds
- 12 Epilepsy Monitoring Beds
- 48 Pediatric Med/Surg Beds
- 10 Clinical Decision Unit Beds
- 15 Operating Rooms
- The Emergency Department features 19 emergency department rooms, 5 Kids Express rooms and 4 trauma rooms.
