Job Details

The growing Department of Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine and OU Health Physicians in Tulsa, Oklahoma, seeks candidates in General Psychiatry or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level. Applicants must be board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (or board eligible with recent completion of an ACGME accredited residency or fellowship) and eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Oklahoma.

Primary responsibilities will include clinical care and teaching in the partial hospital, outpatient and/or inpatient consultation-liaison setting, and includes the supervision of psychiatry residents and/or child psychiatry fellows. Preferred qualifications include experience as a faculty member in an academic setting, including teaching and clinical supervision of residents or child psychiatry fellows; however, candidates without such experience are also encouraged to apply.
