  • $10k for a sign-on bonus; $10k for relocation assistance
  • Employed position with loan repayment available
  • 30 days of vacation/holiday time; 1 week of CME with a $3k stipend
  • Experience required; must be board certified
  • Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm; 4 hours for admin time
  • Treat all ages in this outpatient role
  • Will be the only provider in the office
  • Live and practice on the Gold Coast of Connecticut
