Qualifications:

Board certified in internal medicine or family practice, ideally with CAQ in Geriatrics.5 years of experience in providing geriatric care, ideally across the continuum of care, from office to assisted living to skilled nursing and long-term care. Geriatric fellows with shorter periods of relevant prior experience will be considered.Strong desire and ability to own and manage your own practice.
