  • Work Dates Needed: Three month contract once credentialed
  • Preferred Schedule: Full time hours
  • Worksite Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
  • Scope of Work:
    • Hem Vs Onc patients: 50/50
    • Clinic 8-12 patients, Inpatient 4 onc (follow up + new), 8 Hematology (follow up and new)
    • New consults per day: 1-5
    • Teaching fellow
  • Clinic 8-12 patients, inpatient 4 onc (follow up + new), 8 Hematology (follow up and new). 1-5 New Consults a day.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NY License, Board Certified
  • EMR: Epic
