Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 2-4 months. Coverage for another doc who is out for surgery, dont know 100% when he will be ready to return.
Preferred Schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs. 8AM-5PM
Worksite Setting: Oak Ridge National Laboratory 1 Bethel Valley Rd Oak Ridge TN 37830
Scope of Work: Conduct Pre-employment physicals, Department of Transportation (DOT) exams, health and fitness evaluations, injury care, drug and alcohol screenings, pulmonary function testing, respiratory fit testing, x-ray, medical evaluations, medical surveillance, physical therapy, clinical laboratory, and immunizations.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TN license, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Aerospace Medicine. Five years of post residency clinical practice. DEA license,
