Occupational Medicine Opportunity

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE) Occupational Medicine Physician to join our Regional Workplace Health Team located in Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Muskegon, and Ludington.

• Trinity Health West Michigan offers a comprehensive Workplace Health/Occupational Medicine program dedicated to the health and safety of workers and workplaces. We tailor our services to the individual needs of your business and employees
• Our services include ancillary services, drug testing, employer services, injury prevention and worksite education and physical exam services
• Physician will be covering our Workplace Health offices located in Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Muskegon, and Ludington alongside our current Medical Director
• Provider will be part of a close-knit medical team with support staff and strong medical leadership
• Schedule will be Monday-Friday, with no call, no weekends or holidays
• Shifts are 8-10 hours seeing 4 patients per hour
• Physician will be required to be DOT Certified either before or shortly after employment

Qualifications:

• Experience Required
• Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment
• DEA license
• BLS Certification and maintain recertification
