Job Details
SSM Health is actively recruiting for a full-time (1.0 FTE) optometrist, located in Fond du Lac, WI. They will work with our integrated SSM Health Davis Duehr Dean Eye Institute. This is great opportunity for to build a practice with an established patient base and specialty access on-site. Our optometrists provide a high level of care to our complex patients, and partners with comprehensive ophthalmologists and other eye subspecialists (retina and pediatric ophthalmology) at that location. Subspecialists in retina, glaucoma, pediatric ophthalmology, cornea and oculoplastics are also located throughout our integrated eye network and are readily available for consults. Ideal candidates are board-certified in optometry. Excellent compensation and benefits package.
