We are seeking a Gynecologist with a focus on Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) to join our growing practice in La Jolla and Encinitas, California.

We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and compassionate Gynecologist with an interest or expertise in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on women’s health.

Position Overview:

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Gynecologist with MIGS training or for a GYN Surgeon seeking to enhance their skills in minimally invasive surgery techniques. You will have the unique chance to partner with a nationally and internationally recognized MIGS Epicenter Surgeon, gaining invaluable mentorship and hands-on experience.

You will practice in a collaborative, supportive environment with access to state-of-the-art facilities, including the latest Da Vinci robotic surgical systems at a nationally recognized medical center in San Diego.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-focused GYN office practice with a focus on Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery
• Perform minimally invasive and robotic-assisted gynecologic surgeries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Stay at the forefront of advancements in surgical technology and techniques.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecology.
• Proficiency with the Da Vinci Surgical System or a strong interest in developing robotic-assisted surgical skills.
• Excellent surgical technique, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork skills.
