The Opportunity
The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University is seeking a comprehensive otolaryngologist with a strong commitment to patient care, research, and resident & medical student education. The ideal candidate will have strong interests in otologic and rhinologic surgery. The successful candidate will be board-eligible or board-certified in otolaryngology-head & neck surgery.
The successful candidate will be joining an exceptional otolaryngology program steeped in history dating back to the early 1900’s when Dr. Chevalier Jackson emerged as the “father of endoscopy”, pioneering the field of laryngology to include foreign body removal. This innovative spirit, dedication to clinical excellence, commitment to teaching, and pursuit of knowledge continues in the Department today. Our faculty spans the entire depth and breadth of the field to include head and neck surgery, laryngology, otology, skull base surgery, rhinology, allergy, sleep medicine, facial plastics & reconstructive surgery as well as pediatric otolaryngology. Many are recognized as national and international experts in their respective subspecialty. Together Temple Otolaryngology provides personalized, compassionate, and cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary care to patients and their families.

Candidate Qualifications
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
- Board certification or eligibility through the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery.
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to employment
