Opportunity Overview:
SSM Health Dean Medical Group has a flexible, full-time (.8-1.0 fte) Family Medicine physician opportunity available at our Janesville location. We are seeking a talented & engaged physician to join our tenured team at our clinic conveniently located between Chicago, Madison, & Milwaukee.
Our Janesville clinic was built in 2012, and houses both primary & specialty care as well as urgent care. This opportunity combines higher earning potential than currently found in larger metropolitan cities yet offers the same great amenities with a lower cost of living without the big city hassles of traffic jams & skyrocketing housing prices.
Our full time Family Medicine physicians work full time with a 4-5 day work week, and participate in a telephone-only call schedule as our physicians partner with the St. Mary's Janesville Hospitalist program to cover inpatient needs.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full Time (.8-1.0 fte) Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity
- 28-36 patient contact hours
- 1 in 12 telephone only call coverage w/ a robust nurse triage service

Dean Medical Group is a for profit multi-specialty subsidiary of SSM Health consisting of over 500 physicians spread amongst 25 clinics in 18 counties of south-central WI. Dean & SSM merged in 2013.
SSM Health is an integrated delivery network with our own health plan located in Madison, enhancing coordination of care between provider and payor. Most of your patients will be Dean Health Plan members. Dean Health Plan (DHP) does offer their own 5-star HMO plan for MAPD.
