A busy hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in upstate New York.

About the clinician's workday

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with no clinic work, focusing entirely on OR and L&D cases. The provider will be required to perform regional blocks for OR cases and is preferred to have experience in OB/Gyn, ortho, general surgery, plastic surgery, vascular, colo-rectal surgery, ENT, GI, and urology. The practice consists of approximately 15 MDs, including per diems, and 2 CRNAs, supported by anesthesia techs, PAs, nurses, OR techs, and other administrative staff.
