- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days
- Looking for a provider who can cover Wednesday and Saturdays
- Typically 15 patients on Wednesday and 20 patients on Saturday
- Sick and well visits, treat patients with ADHD, refills, school physicals, & MAs will admin shots
- Credentialing not needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
