General Bariatric Surgeon

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a BE/BC General/Bariatric Surgeon for our Augusta Hospital location. This candidate will possess the motivation and expertise to continue providing excellent clinical care to a thriving medical community.

We are looking for a partner with interests in endoscopic including minimally invasive surgical procedures. Robotic experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We have an excellent, cooperative relationship with GI providers in the community that works hand in hand with our surgeons. We try to offer work/life balance within the Piedmont family and call rotation is manageable with Piedmont Athens Regional s acute care surgeons overseeing the trauma and acute care surgery call as well as the robust team of hospitalists that provide 24-hour coverage.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO)
• Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
