Job Details
Beaver Medical Group is looking for an Orthopedic Surgeon to join our Specialty Surgery Team in Redlands, CA . A collegial group of Orthopedic surgeons is searching for an Orthopedic surgeon to join their practice to perform bread-and-butter orthopedic cases with a desire to perform hip and knee total joint reconstruction. The candidate will be filling an up and running practice that is now available due to a recent retirement.

Position Details:
- Full-time
- Schedule: M-F; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with 1-hour available for lunch
- Shared call Q6 days coverage responsibilities include 1 hospital, which is a community hospital with no trauma designation
- Hospital call is supported by in-house hospitalist for admission and management
- 4 PAs are in the department for support
- Approximately equal clinic and surgery patient time. 5 days a week; clinic is 2.5 days a week and surgery is 2 days a week with a half day allotted to administrative duties
- Clinical support staff; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, and follow up appointments

Required Qualifications:
- BC/BE as anOrthopedic Surgeon by ABOS
- Unrestricted California State Medical License
- Current California DEA certificate required to start
- Candidates without a California State Medical License will be considered; however, the licensing process takes ~6 months
Preferred Qualifications:
- Joints focus in adult reconstruction
California Residents Only : T he salary range for California residents is $533,440 to $802,700 per year. Salary Range is defined as tota l cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
