Hospitalist

Hospitalists (Multiple Positions Available) – For not-for-profit hospital, provide primary, secondary, and acute medical care to all patients admitted to the hospital including the indigent, homeless, and uninsured. Diagnose, treat, and provide continuous care to hospital in-patients suffering from conditions such as infections, surgical recovery, and complications of chronic disease. Biweekly rotations of 7 day, 12 hour shifts. Must have MD/DO or foreign equivalent, Indiana Medical License (physician or osteopathic physician), and Board Eligibility or Certification in Internal Medicine OR Board Certification in Family Medicine plus completion of Hospital Medicine Fellowship.
