• Admissions managed by the hospitalist service with a call schedule of 1:4
• APP assists in the OR and helps manage hospital patients
• Dedicated block time of 2-3 days/week with a well-trained and dedicated OR staff with efficient turnover

• 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, Urodynamics
• Built in referral pattern from large health system: Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
• Clinic, ER, OR, and hospital within the same facility making care efficient

• $586,744.  Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
