Lehigh Valley Health Network, in partnership with Korn Ferry, is pleased to announce a national search for the Chief of Hematology and Oncology.

Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute brings together clinicians of the strongest caliber to better predict, prevent and treat cancer. While delivering today’s most effective treatments. As one of Lehigh Valley Health Network’s five specialized health institutes, the cancer specialists at Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute are always evolving. At their many 28 locations throughout the region, you’ll find advanced medical techniques and technologies, the latest clinical trials through alliances (with innovators like Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center) and a dedicated team.

Hematology and Oncology at Lehigh Valley’s Topper Cancer Institute is a busy clinical service with inpatient services along with outpatient clinics. Cancer specialists at Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute are always evolving. Across the health network, the Chief of Hematology and Oncology will have access to advanced medical techniques and technologies and the latest clinical trials through their membership in the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Alliance. The Chief of Hematology and Oncology will be responsible for partnering with the Physician in Chief on a regular basis as well as assuming responsibility for the Division.

Qualified candidates will hold a Medical Degree (MD, MD/MPH, MD/MBA, MD/PhD or equivalent) and must be board certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology. Board certification is required, and applicants must be eligible for or hold a license in Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will have an outstanding clinical reputation and a proven track record of physician leadership. He/She will have the ability to function effectively in a highly matrixed organization, have experience successfully stewarding donors and foundations, and will have been successful presenting to high profile groups, trustees and donors or potential donors.
